Meditation Mondays

 

(on the following dates) Time = 7:00 pm,  Cost = free!

 

 

 

Denis and I would like to meditate more often, and the best way to make it happen is to put it in the calendar…so we did.  And we’d like to invite you to join us (some people get to a deeper level of meditation in a group).

 

It will be quite informal and take place in the board room at the Nexus Business Centre.  There are comfy chairs to sit in and you are also invited to bring your yoga mat, blanket and pillows if you’d like to lay out on the floor.

 

We have several CD’s of different styles of guided meditations, so we’ll just randomly choose one to listen to each night.
