Lymphatic Drainage

When you have swelling in your body, it is usually caused by the lymphatic fluid collecting in an area outside of it's vessels.

Lymphatic drainage technique gently pushes the fluid back toward the areas where the fluid can re-enter the vessels and therefore reduce swelling.
